CANCELLATION POLICY:

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT

You must contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without any service charges. If your appointment is not cancelled within this time frame, your appointment is considered booked. Any changes or cancellations made after the 48 hour window are subject to a $40 service charge.  To comply with this policy, we require a valid credit card number at the time of your booking. This policy also applies to our member gift certificates.  

ARRIVAL POLICY:

Please arrive before your scheduled appointment. Please also be aware that we will not provide extensions of scheduled appointments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and will still be charged at the full price of your service.  

RETURN POLICY:

DUE TO COVID-19, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. 

PAYMENT METHODS:

All major credit cards are accepted except American Express. We do not accept Personal or Traveler's checks. Marsha's Skin Care gift certificates and Spa Finder card certificates must be mentioned at the time of booking.   

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in our service prices, however, they are greatly appreciated.
